You're short like 22 cards for an official deck list. IDK, I think the rules say this, Konami is always changing their regulations left an right so I wouldn't know.

Tour Guides They summon your best Ritual fodder. Some negation and DARK support is good too. Have you tried the Mystic Piper variant of Reliquished?

This. Definately the correct path to go with this deck in specifics. Tour guide gets out your djins and sangan for another djiin or Piper or Relinquished. Your entire deck becomes searchable with the tour guide engine. Piper gives you more chances of draw power ofc and you have the twilight option in there if you run veilers too to use as a staple for a chaos varient. Also I suggest running 2-3 Maxx C's to make your deck rediculously more consistent. Add the Dualities too, replace armageddon for Grephers as he's a 2-birds-with-1 stone deal and serves as a beatstick. So for the chaos, run your BLS, if you're ballsy run 1-2 chaos sorc, i wouldnt tho.
