I can suggest something, after all, I run a CB deck at DN...
First thing... I suggest you stick to 40 cards not more... why...? Do you have to ask... You can draw your good cards even faster, thats why
Now... I think you should run a maximum of 2 CB per monster, therefore your deck won't be loaded with all monsters
And.. run dark hole instead of lightning vortex, it'll make your job easier...
Then... Add two 'Hamon lord of striking thunder' promise, with all those crystal beasts on that field, you'll have a VERY light duel with your opponent, trust me, I know...
And so... Run two 'rainbow dragons'... ^_^
BTW... I suggest these traps...
1. Rainbow Path
effect: Activate only by sending 1 "Crystal Beast" card from your Spell & Trap Card Zone to the Graveyard when an opponent's monster declares an attack. Negate the attack, then, you can add 1 "Rainbow Dragon" or "Rainbow Dark Dragon" from your Deck to your hand.
2. Rainbow gravity
effect: Activate only if you have 7 "Crystal Beast" cards with different names on the field or in your Graveyard. Special Summon 1 "Rainbow Dragon" or "Rainbow Dark Dragon" from your Deck or Graveyard, ignoring the Summoning conditions.
3. Rainbow Life
effect: Discard 1 card. Until the end of this turn, whenever you would take damage you gain that amount of Life Points instead.
4. Beast Soul Swap
effect: Return to the owner's hand 1 face-up Beast-Type monster on your side of the field, then the owner of that card Special Summons 1 Beast-Type monster from their hand with the same Level as the monster you returned.
tip: By using this card, you can again with that same monster, for example, if you had 'sapphire pegasus' and attacked, yeah, your opponent will take damage, blah blah blah. Then activate this trap, return pegasus to your hand and re-summon pegasus AGAIN. See, ain't that helpful? You get another Crystal beast in your S/T card zone and get to attack again, simple
4. Last Resort
effect: Activate only when your opponent's monster declares an attack. You can select 1 "Ancient City - Rainbow Ruins" from your Deck and activate it. If your opponent had an active Field Spell Card when this card was activated, they can draw 1 card.
And now... don't run 'enemy controller' and 'monster reborn' they fill in spaces and for what? Instead, replace them with any of the following spells:
1. Crystal Tree
effect: Each time a "Crystal Beast" monster(s) is placed in either player's Spell & Trap Card Zone, place 1 Crystal Counter on this card. You can send this card to the Graveyard to take a number of "Crystal Beast" monsters from your Deck equal to the number of Crystal Counters on this card, then place those monsters in your Spell & Trap Card Zone, face-up, as Continuous Spell
2. Rainbow Veil
effect: If the equipped monster battles an opponent's monster, while that monster is on the field its effect(s) is negated during the Battle Phase only.
3. Terraforming
effect: Add 1 Field Spell Card from your Deck to your hand.
