57 cards... Wow, too many. Get rid of the 2 Red Eyes and 2 Blue Eyes, all of them. Put down Cyber End to 2, both. Get rid of the 2 Rainbow Dragons. Put down Malefic Truth to 2. From there, add in a bunch of good staple and tech monsters like Effect Veiler, Maxx "C", etc. to help the deck run more smoothly.

The only Field Spell you need is Malefic World, but siding in a Psuedo Space probably won't hurt. Everything else needs to scoot. Replace it with Heavy Storm, Dark Hole, 2 MST's, Book of Moon, 2 Dualities, and a Burial from the D.D., that should cover everything spell-wise.

For Traps, you definitely want more coverage. Get rid of Return, Slip of Fortune, and Tuner's Barrier, as well as 1 Claw Stream, and replace it with 2 Dark Bribes, 2 Solemn Warnings, 2 Fiendish Chains, a Torrential Tribute, and a Starlight Road.

Everything else should be good.

The Malefics are useful with meklords because Paradox Dragon can special summon a synchro monster from any grave and the Emporers can absorb synchros that your opponent controls. Basically, your side of the field is a synchro utopia while your opponent's side of the field is a synchro wasteland. This will prevent the effects of synchros like Stardust Dragon and Shooting Quasar Dragon.

only 3 malefics r worth running, cyber end, gear(paradox is fun) and stardust. since they wont cause maindeck issues. (ALthou truth is fun too)

survival cards, liek spriit reaper/gale thw whirlwind, are also generally used.
