New RP Character-Sign Up Sheet

I am stripping down my Tribal idea that was almost completed, and replacing it with a much simpler plot that is very low-standard, simple, easy to understand, and easy to conduct. I am going to stick with an Academy-Drama, such as that you recall from GX.

Setting: Academy that is placed in the Himalayas in the 21st Century

Genre: Romance (optional for members to decide upon themselves,) Shonen (because it is Yugioh,) Action, School (academy,) Drama (character developments,) Comedy (optional for members to decide upon themselves,) Slice-of-Life (optional for members to decide upon themselves.)

Plot: We will start off with Introductions, interactions/character bonding, and then get on with the first even (to start off with a tournament.) During this tournament, I expect it to be somewhat short, but also descriptive enough so that all the members can have their characters take breaks between this massive event (to be real, this kind of event in such a huge school would take a few days to conduct.) There, this is the first phase of the first arc.

Character Skeleton: What most people use when writing up a character for an Rp. It doesn't have to be the next great american novel, but less isn't more. More is more. The better he/she is drawn out, the more realistic he/ she is

The Skeleton for the RP is as follows, as well as a decent explanation.

Name: (If you do not know what a name is, do let me know. I have a kindergarten sticker with your name on it. Try and pick a human name. Example of  an unacceptable name: Beep-blip-bloop-bleep.

Duel Spirit: (this is plot related.. Anyone who's seen GX or 5ds knows what a spirit is. Little spirits of cards that follow you around.)

Bio/ History: (What you've done makes you who you are. Add a liittle history of what they were doing before the RP began)

So here's how the Dorms will work....You will role play your way thru an entrance exam and thru NPC's, Rari and I will rp test you. Your current dorms will determine your RP dorms as well. You are in Icicle Palace, then you are Obelisk, etc.

I am telling you guys now: do not disappoint me. This shouldn't be pulling teeth with you, when typing in each category (except duel spirit, deck, age, and name,) please be descriptive and use at least a paragraph when filing out your chartacter sheet. Please make sure it makes sense. Follow the theme, you are in the Himilayas, so you won't be wearing cargo shorts. You will be wearing heavy snow clothes, scarves, gloves, etc. You are in a dueling academy, you will not be wearing jeans unless there is an event that says you can wear jeans (free dress day, w.e.) You are wearing the standard uniform, which is the same as what you see in GX. From the cheesy coat, the girl's uniforms, to the Gym Clothes. If you are curious, everything in this academy is indoors. EVERYTHING. Have fun.

Name: Tyler Scarletto

Age 25

Teacher. Head of Blue Dorm, P.E teacher

Description:


Tyler is around 5'7, and weighs close to 165 lbs. He's neither well toned nor lumpy. He keeps physically fit, so he always has a healthy, energetic aura around him. He has medium, dark black hair, sometimes swaying over his sea blue eyes. He has a dignified, yet quiet aura around him as he passes by. His fimgers are slightly scarred from handling roses.


His normal uniform consists of a sea blue long sleeved fur shirt with a blue a snow jacket over it. Black hiking boots, and black leather gloves are also a must for him. On formal occasions, he'll keep a rose on his jacket. His duel disk, when not activated, looks like a big, black circle. Once activated, the zones slide out, and connect to each other. The zones are outline in blue. One final accessory is a small silver chain normally kept tucked under his shirt. On it is a simple' XXI' in gold plating



Personality :

Tyler is a wild card of sorts: he changes his personality to match the situation at hand, allowing him to deal with any type of situations, and any type of students. He's gentle to most everyone he meets, though certainly stern when circumstances dictate he must.

Tyler is well known as a mediator, solving problems and arguments between two people. He can do this easily, because he's able to see both sides clearly and accurately, and never makes an unbiased decision. He's becomes a reliable source for such disputes, often sought by the other students for this servants.

As such, he's a prime choice for giving a test to students because, no matter their dorm, he'll come at you with the same fire as he did the last guy, and the next guy.

History:Tyler was never sure what he wanted to do when he was a kid. His parents made sure he was physically active, and able to take care of himself. He also had a knack for dueling, an obelisk blue when he finally decided to go to academy. He didn't graduate valedictorian, but he came pretty close.

After finishing academy, he decided to go pro for a while, and did rather well too. Eventually, he got tired of the usual hustle and bustle, and decided to take a job as a teacher for the academy in witch he now works. He's the Head of Blue dorm, and is a General Teacher, as well as the P.E. Teacher. His best sports are basketball and tennis. Every now and then, he'll teach basic martial arts.

He has a small little greenhouse he requested built, paid for with his own money, and it's kept warm enough to grow a variety of plants, namely roses, because he like beautiful things. He's also growing a few edible things one wouldn't normally find in the Himalayas, like tomatoes. He'll share them with his fellow teachers, and a student, on occasion. The roses he'll sometimes sell to lovestruck boys or girls, or to help with formality.

Name: Hayden McKayla (Prefers Japanese honorifics due to her childhood friends being Japanese)

Age: 17

Description: Light, pale, silky white skin that she conditions often as apart of her daily hygiene. Eyes are an ocean blue, has a round facial structure and her nose is small and cute. Her hair is of a silky, shoulder-length, and was a natural black until her genetics made it into a salt:pepper mix. Her build is average and she happens to be fit and in shape due to her being in track. Her height is 5"7', blood type AB.

For casual wear, she wears basketball shorts inside as pajamas with a white t-shirt. Outside for the snow, she'll wear a snug fur coat that has a hazel pattern to it and the exterior being black; her jeans are tight fitted with some cute Ugg boots to finish off the look. She wears pink, fluffy ear muffs that extend out with cat ears and has pink gloves for the outer wear. She also wears a scarf when outside.

Personality: Hayden is a tomboy in the exterior, however she is disregarded as a female often because of her boyish attitude. With this tomboy attitude, she comes off as mature to most and sometimes unapproachable due to awkward standards from others. She is very down to earth, straight-to the point, and is a very brave/strong-willed woman. She is a very competitive person, so she will almost never give up unless the circumstances were against her will to fight.

In the interior, she is a very nice, humble person and is always concerned about what people say about her. Regardless of how much she appears to brush off opinions from others, she still takes a sensitive approach to her social life. She wishes to be more feminine like other girls, but simply does not know how to express herself as a lady.

Duel Spirit: Test Tiger

Bio/ History: Hayden McKayla was born in the middle class with her family in Los Angeles, California. She grew up in a ghetto, contrary to her friends that taunted their wealth, she grew up humbly with her friends in her neighborhood. Alas, her neighborhood was filled with the demography of Asian-Americans, she still had a blast running around with the boys and girls and enjoyed their passions and desires. She did see tragic events occur in her neighborhood with street gangs doing drive-by shootings on her friend's families, so she has a basic idea on what death is.

Her parents always cared for her, although they come off as strict, they do so with the best intentions. They paid for her tuition into private educations with her friends, and when she graduated from the 8th grade/elementary school, they filled out as many scholarship applications to get her into the best Duel Academy they could get a hold of. Even though the Duel Academy was overseas, they trusted her enough to go on her own with herself.

She acquired her deck from scratch over her entire life time of hard-work and successful up-trading and winning at her own locals over the years. She was regarded as a Gladiator Beast herself because of her competitive attitude. Even at the Duel Academy in Nepal, she managed to climb up the social ranks and earned her school-wide respect as a Gladiator, so they all refer her as.

Name:Victor Zone
Age: 14
Description:Bout 5,6 and weighs 127, He is a black eyed person. Fit! He has a red deck with a necklace given by his grandparents that looks like a skull on fire. He has Black hair, strong arms has a 2 pack trying to move it up a lvl. Always has a black shirt on with blue jeans, also has a chain in his pocket.His duel disk is red for he is a silfer red he wears the jacket like the other silfers.

Personality: Strong bold could help and kick a guys ass if he steals your burger and eat it in your face. But has a kind heart hopes to be a great duelist but has a long way to go he is like a person who would get mad if u gave him an F. Not a bad guy over all.

Deck: has a lot of them but his deck is revealed when He finds his spirit but has a love of pryos.
Duel Spirit: Legendary Flame lord but he only appears at times when He is about to lose so He does not know he has a duel spirit.

Bio/ History: He was a normal person got up everyday hanged with his friends but one day a Strange man comes up to him and hands him a ticket to a boat after watching him duel. The man said " Kid I can see you have some pride and hate to lose so come to this place so you can learn" He thought of it and said alright He goes to a warehouse and the guy takes his necklace He gets up and gets mad in becoming so his spirit looks at the man and tells the kid to get ready. thus begins a duel and the kid ends up winning but a curse is set on him the man said " You won I had no doubt in my mind but as u know buy now the ticket I gave you will lead you to a boat to duel academy but now when u win your aura will become darker until my God tells me other wise your will be cursed." The kid gets up and notices his necklace which has a dark aura around it and goes of and gets on the boat to duel academy were he will try to find out whats happening before his curse makes him into a monster.

Name: Joey Neko

Age: 15


Description: Joey Is around 5'8 and about 112 lbs. He has Tan skin color, and Pitch-black eyes. He is kept to himself most of the time, so you wont even kno he is in the room. He has a long,jagged scar going down his right hand.

His Normal Clothes is the Ra Yellow Uniform, Black Hiking boots, and Blue Gloves. His Duel Disk Is pitch black, and curls around his hand when not activated.



Personality: Joey comes from a rich family, though that is good and bad. Good because when growing up he never had to struggle for stuff, but bad because his parents would never listen and think that money could fix everything. He is quiet, and has never had any real friends. He is truthful, but hard to gain his trust.

Bio/History: His Parents died when he was young, so he inherited there fortune. He got into dueling from some local kids at his school, and has tried to be the best since. He was adopted at age 10, by a man only looking for his money. He lives in his room, only coming out for class and mandatory events.

This whole character is about the paranormal.... And thats of course, his night attire, not his day uniform. Ill get you A deck list of his Quasar Deck, and Im not going pro, because his controller is nowhere close to pro. Think of my character as nice Bakura, hes there, but no one knows what he wants.

Name: Jason Yasei


Age: 19

Description: Jason is never seen without his shell necklace. It had belonged to his father. He wears a black button up shirt that is missing the top two buttons, and a long leather trench coat. Worn out sneakers and lose fitting pants secured by a belt. His hair is black and disheveled. He keeps it out of his face with a leather head band. He has light hazel, almost yellow eyes.

Personality: Jason is an intelligent young adult, but mild mannered and stubborn. He often acts on instinct and doesn't think his actions through, especially if he lets his emotions get the best of him. He believes that trust is to be earned.

Duel Spirit: Moja

Bio/ History: Jason lead a normal life for the most part. He came from a middle-class family in a medium sized city. His dad worked for the local railroad company, and his mother was a bookkeeper for a clothing company. His family lived basically from check to check, but had a little extra to spare. Jason never really had much interest in dueling, until one day his father picked him up early from school. He took him to a local event where he saw some of the greatest dueling for charity. It was here that he received his first card, Moja. It was a fine life. One day Jason arrived home from school to a law enforcement officer waiting at his doorstep. Jason's father had died in a drunk driving accident. Jason was only 12. Life got a bit harder for him. He got the things he needed, any mis-produced clothing from his mother's work place could be kept for free, and she made enough money to support them, but by the bare minimum. To help out Jason would steal, and duel for money. By the time he was 16 he and his group of friends had honed their thieving skills nicely, as well as their dueling ability. Jason's mother had no idea about the thievery , and thought that he had a job at a Hobby Shop. Knowing that there was great wealth associated with becoming the King of Games, or in professional dueling period, Jason applied for a prestigious dueling academy. He hopes to earn the money he needs to support his family and live gracious life.

Why would we describe our uniform if the uniform has to be like the one from GX and we don't even have our RP characters in dorms yet? Also, I really don't think we have to dress for colder weather seeing as the description says everything takes place inside.

Description: Arion has spiked brown hair and glasses. He's usually dressed up, and wears purple as much as possible. His glasses often fall down onto his nose, needing constant adjusting. If he doesn't have a duel disk on his arm, he's usually holding a book of some sort. He stands at a tall 5"11, though only weighs 150 lbs. He's very thin.

Personality: Arion is the type of guy you see sitting in the corner of the library, not really noticed most of the time. He almost always has his face buried in a book, and is a very shy person. Until, of course, you're dueling him. Count on hearing a few smart-aleck remarks.

Bio: Arion came from a wealthy home, growing up in a large house with a huge library (hence his obsession with reading). His parents were never really around, so he was forced to rely on books to pass the time. He always did well enough in school, though not exceptional, because his focus was more on dueling and reading than anything else.

Name: Silen Buel (Silent Blue )

Age: 12

Description: A girl with light, pale, and soft skin. Her eyes are slightly darker than ocean blue, with a very small and cute nose. Her hair is ocean blue aswell. She seems to be very fit in shape due to her lack of eating. She is somewhat taller than people around her age, she is around as tall as an average 15 year old. (I'm not good with inches or feet or anything)

She usually wears a lightblue top followed by a light blue jacket [In top, I meant lightblue like Cyan, in the jacket I meant light clothing light=/=heavy] and under the lightblue top is a darkblue top.. (I'll explain that later in the description) and even darker blue jeans. She also wears blue headphones that have kitten ears at the top.

Personality: Silen is just a 12 year old girl, while most people mistake her for being a 15 year old. She is a very picky eater, so the only time that she ever gets angry is probably when someone is making her talk or she requests a food that isn't there, however the foods she orders are small foods like salads, chocolates, soup, ramen, noodles, etc.. She doesn't talk at all, and she doesn't have any friends, she doesn't even plan to make some. She doesn't like to talk either. Even if she was at an interview you would doubt she would talk. She tries to be nice, but most of the time she's just an ignorant little brat, even while trying to be nice. She doesn't care about anyone. You can say she doesn't communicate very well. She likes to go solo. She's actually quiet shy sometimes, and is rude without noticing it. She can also Punch and Kick when she's angry. Since she doesn't talk at all, and she always loves&wears blue, everyone just calls her Silent Blue.

Duel Spirit: Tour Guide from the Underworld

Bio/ History: Silen Buel came from a rich family. Her parents always cared for her, but she didn't like it. The fact that her family was rich did not please her. She was hoping for a regular life. Her parents always offered her some of the fanciest and greatest of foods but she did not like them, not one bit. She like cheap things like salads and ramen. She didn't like any fancy foods such as Foie Gras, Oyster, Lobster.. Silen's school used to be a very proper mannered school, but then they switched her to a regular ole school because she wanted to. She's their only child so they couldn't dissapoint her. Silen had one friend at school, her friend (boy) wasn't much of a talker either. All they did was duel and duel every chance they had, without even talking to each other. They barely even know each other's names. However, Silen was a bit smart so she skipped a few grades, she was dissapointed because then she couldn't pass letters to her friend in class. Silen's parents noticed her love to dueling so they tried to get her into the best Duel Academy they could get her into. Silen's parents trusted her enough to go on her own with herself.

Silen acquired her deck by trading cards with her friend, and also her parents got her any card she wanted. But she only talked to her parents when she was in need of rare or expensive cards.

A couple of things:

I forgot about the uniform, so here you go. During the school days, he wears his standard Ra-yellow jacket with a pair of black pants. Also, his duel disk is similar to the academy-issued duel disk in Season 4 GX, though the trim is purple and not yellow.

I also left something out of his personality. If anyone here has ever seen the anime Ouran Host Club, consider Arion being very similar to Kyoya, except very shy. He researches other students he finds at least worth noting.

Description:He is a light tan skin boy, black eyes and a spiky red-colored hair.

Bio/history: when he was a kid ( 4 years old ) their parents died in a car accident, without custody his grandpa take care of him and showed him everything about the life till he died when he was 13, the deck he got was a gift from his grandpa, when he was a kid he said to his grandpa that he can hear the voice of the cards nao he is a alone without a family but he managed to do it with the money from his grandpa ( grandpa is a millionarie ).

bio: Zeo lost his best friend when a mysterious duelist sent his friend to the shadow realm, and Zeo has sworn vengance. everytime zeo senses a shadow duelist his eyes become reptilian and his card spirits show him where the shadow duelist is. zeo defaets them 1 at a time until he finds who took his friend, Kaito Kaiba, the great great grandson of Seto Kaiba. on his birthday Zeo got the 3 legendary blue-eyes and a deck from kaito, but then kaito was defeated. 2 nights after zeo left to find the one who took his friend he was visited by 5 card spirits, winged kuriboh, blue-eyes, baby tiragon, the winged dragon of RA, and darkness neosphere. with all of them at his side he has sworn to avenge his friends. . 3 weeks after zeo's journey he was visited by a spirit, the spirit said one thing, "the deck you posses is stronger than most would think take care of it." and the spirit left. when zeo awoke the next morning the voice that he heard sounded familiar. zeo is hoping to meet some friends to help him avenge the one who gave him his deck. zeo's current location is the himalayas duel academy.

Description: Really Really dark Black hair, always wears a black tank top with a ying-yang simbol on the back, always wears dark blue jeans with a few holes in them, he has tan skin color, he is 5ft 8 inches, his weight is 158 pounds his eyes are a dark blue color extremly good at fighting in mma and when in a conversation.he always stays away from people and animals when he can.

Personality: nice, but gets mad easy as hell, doesnt like people or animals

Duel Spirit: my duel spirit is Verz Ophion

Bio/ History: Sunami was just a kid with no parents just his younger brother who he treated badly and his sister for he did not care for, you could say he didn't like his family or people for that fact and left his home some time in the night , he travled with nobody but his dog named hatchi, and a bird who traveld with him no matter where he went. one day the bird died and he got mad because he was just a kid and didnt understood why it didnt move thats how his anger issues came in a few years later the dog died and he got even worse with his anger. a few more years later when he was 16 he entered a fighting tournament he lost in just 20 seconds and after the tournemant he met up with a white lotus master and trained to his limit and became a white lotus master. a year later a duel sprit know as verz ophion told him about yugioh even tho he didnt want to hear but then he got intrested and started playing withen a couple of months he masterd yugioh the verz however threatend to corrupt him and controlled him but this was tempary as Sunami controlled his anger he overtoke the verz duel spirit soon after he remet with his younger brother Dyce and became firce rivals with his brother Dyce.......

Name: Cole Rock

Age: 14

Description: Cole is a boy who is large for his age, with a tremandous height of 6'1" at the age of 14. He has broad shoulders and is somewhat muscular which is partially the result of lifting weights every day for the last year. Coles eyes are an odd color, being gray, and they seem to put people who look into them at ease. He often wears a black leather jacket that fits him well with a white shirt underneath, some stylish jeans, and a pair of black and green nike hi tops. It is very easy to get on his bad side, but once your there, it takes tremendous effort to get on his good side.

Personality: Cole is large for his age, but also silent. If he isnt mad at you, he will do whatever he can to help and he has a soft spot for cute girls, even though he is too nervous to speak to them sometimes. Cole likes to do things alone, for fear of someone trying to help him gettin ghurt or getting in his way. He doesnt have many friends, but hopes to make at least 1 here, and he also hopes to meet a girl at this school. People think hes stupid cause he doesnt talk much, and because hes so large, but the truth is, hes actually exceptionally smart, being able to out perform almost anyone his age in any subject, especially dueling.

Duel spirit: Grandmaster of the six samurai

Biography: Cole Rock was the sole heir to his families fortune until his uncle found a legal error and took all of the money after his parents death. Luckily, cole managed to salvage one thing, his fathers dueling deck which was worth thousands itself. Cole then had 2 choices, the first being to sell the deck, or the second being to use the deck to win money in underground duels. He chose the second. After entering the underground at the age of ten, Cole quickly became the top duelist, making more money than he knew what to do with, so he did the only thing he could, put it in the bank. Finally, at the age of 14, Cole heard about a dueling academy and found that he had just enough money saved to attend. He emptied his savings account out and got there as fast as he could, hoping not to miss the fist day. His dream was to go pro, and he knewthe only way to do that was to be the best of the best at the best academy. So his goal was to defeat the hghest ranked student in the school.

Name: Lexi Flannigan

Description: Easy, my profile pic ^^

Personality: Lexi; a smart duelist who loves to read, can be a good friend, she isn't that expressive unless you talk to her yourself, however, emotions can be seen on her face. Is happy in any kind of surroundin as long as it's nice and quiet for her to read, she spends half of her time doing duel strategies, and one fourth to writing stories and another one fourth to have fun and dueling. She isn't the romantic type and (as much) wants to avoid it.
