I know a good one, i think...
BTW... this is a 'Cyber Dragon'... and it's not my fault if this is not the one your looking for ;P
ok then first thing...
I know that this is a obvious thing... that this card is a semi limited card... (only two can be added...)
effect: if your opponent controls a monster and you control no monsters, you can special summon this card (from your hand)
Hey, but you know it can be easily replaced by this...

ok, here are strategies...
1. The sole purpose of this deck is to summon 'Cyber Dragon' fusion monsters....
2. future fusion + overload fusion
+
Tip: use 'future fusion in order to summon 'chimeratech overdragon', but as you know, 'chimeratecf overdragon', when fusion summoned, destroys all cards on the field, except him but including 'future fusion' which destroys him too. Now here's what I say, don't use 'overload fusion' untill 'chimeratech overdragon' activates its effect of until future fusion is destroyed... actually, it's better if chimeratech is ALREADY summoned, clearing the field with its effect, you can freely use 'overload fusion' and unleash your fury against your helpless opponent, since it can attack as many times as its fusion materials... poor opponent...
3. Using Honest
effect: During your Main Phase, you can return this card from the field to its owner's hand. During either player's Damage Step, when a face-up LIGHT monster you control battles, you can send this card from your hand to the Graveyard to have that monster gain ATK equal to the ATK of the opponent's monster it is battling, until the End Phase.
tip: always keep 'honest' within your hands, it's a good card for this deck on the count of this deck mostly consist of 'light' monsters...
4. Super Polymerization + DNA Surgery
+
tip: 'Super Polymerization' is a deadly card that makes your opponent monster-less, mostly it's used to summon 'omni heroes' but who said it can only be used for heroes? When used with 'DNA surgery' you can fusion summon any 'Chimeretech' monsters and making your opponent vulnerable for a
direct attack5. Using The Light - Hex-Sealed Fusion
effect: You can substitute this card for any 1 Fusion Material Monster. The other Fusion Material Monster(s) must be the correct one(s). By Tributing Fusion Material Monsters on the field, including this card, Special Summon 1 LIGHT Fusion Monster from your Fusion Deck.
tip: good if your trying to summon 'Cyber Twin' or 'Cyber End'
-Well, I could give you more but you'll have to find that out for yourself...-
