I net-decked you and made some changes I thought would be helpful
Main Deck -
Monsters:
-Guardian of Order (sided)
-Photon Crusher (not worth using in this format, there are better cards out there)
-Photon Wyvern (too hard to get out for it's use of effects)
-Sacred Crane (not sure why this is in here in the first place)
+Effect Veiler (too good not to have in Main Deck this format)
+Photon Sabre Tiger (one of the better Photons, replaces itself in your hand, pretty nice overall)
+Photon Lizard (After a lot of thinking, this is the only card that would work)
+1 Thunder King Rai-Oh (2 should be good enough, but this is just a good card)
Spells:
-Lightwave Tuning (Synchro in this deck is just too slow)
-1 Photon Lead (A lot worse than a lot of people think it is)
-1 Photon Sanctuary (Good, but you don't need 3)
+Photon Trident (A new edition to Photon Support, a Photon monster gains 700 ATK, Pierce eff, and when it deals Battle Damage, destroy a Spell or Trap card)
+Polymerization (See Twin Photon Lizard)
Traps:
-Mirror Force (This deck should be able to do well enough without it)
-Solemn Warning (You have enough Summon negating cards to not need this card. In the end, it's just LP waste)
+1 Call of Haunted (Bring back a monster for easier Galaxy Eyes plays
+Starlight Road (Negate Destruction and bring out free Stardust Dragon? Yes please!)
Side Deck:
-Effect Veiler (See Effect Veiler in Main Deck)
-Photon Cerberus (I see no reason to play this card, not good enough effect, even for Side Deck)
-Photon Sabre Tiger (See Photon Sabre Tiger in Main Deck)
-Polymerization (See Polymerization in Main Deck)
-Chaos Trap Hole (Again, you have enough Summon negating support in this deck)
-Twin Photon Lizard (See Twin Photon Lizard in Extra Deck)
+Guardian of Order (Good card, but has no extra effect)
+Maxx "C" (This guy gives you really good drawing support)
+Morphing Jar (More Draw support, gets rid of dead cards)
+Upstart Goblin (More Draw support)
Extra Deck:
-Light End Dragon (See Lightwave Tuning)
-Scrap Dragon (See Lightwave Tuning)
-1 Stardust Dragon (2 Stardusts are too many)
-1 Number 39: Utopia (3 are too many)
-1 Chaos Number 39: Utopia Ray (3 are too many)
-Kachi Kochi Dragon (Utopia ends up being the better card here)
+Twin Photon Lizard (Imagine pitching 2 dead Galaxy Eyes Photon Dragons in your hand for this guy, then tributing him to bring them both out. WINNING!)
+Steelswarm Roach (Along with Utopia, the staple Xyz monster)
+The Sacred Omega (Really easy to bring out, plus it gets immunity to Spell/Trap cards whenever you want (almost))
Hope this helped you out.
